S395-28 28" Series 395 Channel Balance

Metal Channel is 28" Upper Plastic Part is winged as shown in the third image from the left Lower Plastic Part is 15-001, I think - it's 1-1/16" deep Black Plastic Cap is 15/16" square and 1-3/16" top to bottom I need two channels One channel I have is marked "2740"

The aluminum channel is 1/2" with and 28" long. Based on the pictures here at your website I believe this is a 395. The window weights 23 lbs so that would be a 2740. But I will defer to your better judgement.

Need the metal clip on other side as it's gone missing. Total length is 28 inches half inch both sides of the balance.

Hi, I weighed the sash to 28.8 lb. The marking on it says 2790 and is a 1/2 inch width. Which part matches that?

I would like to order spring counter balances (2) for a 35"w x 59.5"h single hung Atrium brand window. In addition, I need a counter balance removal clip for that same window (see attached photo of broken clip). Thank you.

Looking for replacement channel balance and sash guide. The window weighs 22.8 lbs, the balance has 27-4 on it, but no other identifiers. The length of the balance is 29" top to bottom. The guide measures 1" in length, 1" top: front to back and 7/8" side to side. Thank you. Eric

Hi, I need help finding a replacement. This part measures 28" from one of the metal part to the other end of the metal part. The only stamp number on the part is 27 2.

I have a Plygem window in the bedroom that has 3 opening windows in a single installed window unit. This window is original to the house and is approximately 10 -12 years old. At least 2 of the windows need new sash balances but I am willing to do all three. The one I removed is stamped 2740. Please ... (cont.)

These measure 1/2" and are 28" long, stamped 2720.
