S395-32 32" Series 395 Channel Balance

Good afternoon. I need help identifying this window balance. The metal channel is 32" long and .5" wide. Please let me know if you need any additional information or pictures.

Side load single hung balance springThe metal part is 32 1/8" long. i have a 32" balance that has "86 32 9 KA5 CMC 2" on it. spring is missing so cannot weigh on scale what model weight do i order? thanks

All ten windows are Atrium made, single hung, size 35" wide by 33 1/4" high. Balance shows stenciled numbers: 31 4 CX CMC 11. Balance channel is 32" long, with nylon tips on each end, with riveted pins. Atrium indicated they transferred to you all spare parts, as these windows, built around 2002, we ... (cont.)

I am in need of channel balances. I find 31-5 CA2 CMC 4 on one of the existing balances. The "lower window" measures approximately 35 high by 33.5 wide
