Looking for this channel balance. Stamp says "33 6 JW CMC 7"

Hi, The Alenco windows were installed in around 1992. The single-hung window size is about 45" wide and 36" tall and weights about 30lbs. The length of the channel is about 34" long with a 3340 mark on the channel. Please tell me the correct channel to order, and I need 4 channels for the two windo ... (cont.)

I have BFS windows and I have a broken channel balance that I need to replace. There is no stamp on it. Stamp:3340 Length 34" I mistakenly ordered S390-34 34" Series 390 Channel Balance and after looking more closely at the pictures it looks like one of my ends is slightly different. Please let me know if you find a replacement part. Thanks

It appears that I have 34" balance with a 19-005 top and a 15-002 shoe. The balance is stamped 3350. Does this combination appear to be correct? These are not tilt metal framed windows in a condo.
