Top sash guide broke and the channel popped up. I would like to replace both top sash guides on the faulty window and the channel balances. Please advise which parts I can order. AS FAR AS I CAN TELL I NEED 6 EACH WINDOW BALANCES FOR ALENCO MODEL WINDOWS. THE METAL BALANCE LENGTH IS 34 INCHES. THEY ARE IDENTIFIED AS 33DS 38. THE PICTURES ARE ATTACHED. I ALSO NEED 2 EACH TOP SASH GUIDES P/N 18-008. DOES THIS LOOK CORRECT?

The only markings on the channel balance are those shown in the pictures: 3340 (horizontal direction) and, in smaller letters, BSI (vertical direction) and RO (horizontal direction). I purchased s395-34" (3340) and S395-22(2140) balances. In all of the windows the balance hook will not catch the window on the left hand side of the window only. What is wrong?
