Hello, I need to replace the tilt latches, spring balances, pivot shoes and pivot bars on this Polybau window.

unit is 3" overall; 2-5/8" excluding the piston; 11/16" wide. slides into position and has a protrusion on each side to hold the unit in places. I could not find one in your website.

The parts circled in the photos have all dry-rotted and disintegrated on one of my Simonton windows. Looking to find replacements for what I believe to be the tilt latch, shoe, coil (and how do I know coil weight?), and coil cover. Thanks.

Our windows have cracked and broken spring covers on the sides of the casements. Some have broken, fallen into the bottom, and caused the windows not to open. I need to replace some window latches that slide into a groove in the window. They are 2 7/8 long, 3/4 wide with a center slide. There is a LH & RH latch. They attach by sliding into that groove at the top of the window. Thanks ART

The springs are labeled #5.5 35" P I need eight(8) assemblies. I am assuming they work on both the left and right sides. Depending on the cost, I may want to buy a couple of extras. The spiral balance is 29" x 3/8 The tilt lock has numbers 375, 15L, and pat pend 5.139.281 The lock blocks are less than 3/8 thick x 2 1/16 tall, with the pivot just under 1/2" I need help to get part numbers so I can order enough to rebuild eleven windows.

I cannot find any brand name. This condo was built in 2000 by centex homes. I am not sure how to remove them without breaking in order to give a better view.

These windows may have been Rockwell or Berber and Ross. They were installed in 2005. The windows are single hung model. I need to know the correct length for the spiral balance, pivot shoe and the other part that holds the window in place on the track.

I ordered parts 26-243 & 26-244 but they were too thick. do you have a thinner part similar to these?
