These are the tilting hardware window latches- can you help me locate the replacement part?

A CertainTeed Newcastle II window was opened too aggressively and snapped off the tip of the tilt latch (right latch). Window made circa 2003. Hello I have a tilt window that a tenant broke the top latches . They slide out and have pat# 5.139.291 and 7E on them. the window is a 0201 double hung. P.L. #004-01. The tag also says H-lc25-44x77/ h-lc45*-44x60. I need both the right and left latches.

I see two surface mount tilt latches that look like mine, but the locking flange on yours are either 3/8" or 3/16" from the edge of the latch. Mine is only 1/16". What do you recommend
