I have been told by a window company that my windows are manufactured by Heartland but the only words on them are Alliance. I mostly need new balance covers although I have one window that all of the coils had to be pulled out because they got so messed up. I also need a few tilt window latches. ... (cont.)

The pull tabs, balances hangers, and cords are broken in several windows. No numbers or labels are visible on the windows. I appreciate your help identifing the parts and ordering them if in stock anywhere. Please let me know if additional pics or description is required.

There are two marking in the bottom of the part first marking its an(E) in the middle of the latch,second marking its (8) on the bottom lip.

I have a customer who has a window where the balances wont hold it up. Please see the attached pictures.
