26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

pat 5671958 2-5/8 length 5/8 width

Length top flat ( sash side) to tip of rounded end is 2 5/8". Width of top side is 1/2". Depth of latch( fits in window groove) is5/16"

My lower window has two clips that keep it in the track. When you disengage the clips, the window tilts inward so you can wash it. One clip is missing. I have attached a picture of the clip and a picture of the space where the clip is missing. I do not know the manufacturer of the window or parts #. ... (cont.)

I have ThermoTite replacement windows and a few of my tilt latches have broken. Yes ThermoTite is not in business anymore. Here are some photos of the latches that I have.

I need to replace several tilt latches from Simonton Dimension 1 windows. You have several parts that look the same, just not sure of the differences and which to order. Hope you can tell without them being removed. Broken ones are all taped shut! Thanks Jim D

I am in dire need of replacing some busted tilt latches. There is nothing on any windows to say what manufacture they are. All I know is that they are white double pain.
