I have a broken sash release lever and need a replacement. It is a top mount. Please help me find the correct part I have attached a photo of the broken one and a functioning one. Also how do you replace the sash release lever?

Sir Can you identify the model number of this window I am trying to find parts for, the lock and the lower right hand corner of the glass say Alcoa? The window measures 22 wide x 57 tall, they are tilt out style? Thanks

Hi - The tabs that hold the sliding portion of my window in place (keep it from falling out) have broken for some reason. I am looking for replacement parts. I have attached the pictures. Please reply so I know you received this information.

I need external tilt window latches(both right and left) fro Traco Tilt Windows They measure 3/4" X 2 2 11/16. Color is white underneather the R is the number 8 and on the spring tab o the bottom is the number 60 or 09.

I have Alenco windows that are about 17 years old. Some need new tilt latches. I ordered them from Alenco about 7 years ago, but they no longer do that. They are a 1510 series. Do you need a sample or this enough info. Thanks, Laurie

Attached are 2 images of the gap and locks. If you need different images, please let me know. I looked over the whole window and do not see any molding or weatherstrip missing. The only thing missing is the side latch. I have some missing from other windows but it has never effected the locking ... (cont.)

I do not have a picture of one installed but was able to find a match on your website that shows the installation well enough. Your web site is laid out well and easy to use but I couldn't find the particular replacement for the tilt latch that broke in our window. It has a profile similar to 26-345 but is larger. It has an outside form and dimensions identical to pivot bar 26-379 but has the latch protruding rather than t ... (cont.)

On the underside of the hardware there are the markings R27 and L20. The window itself is marked 2600 BL. I am unable to find hardware that looks similar to these on your site. Any help is much appreciated.

I've got Alcoa vinyl windows made in 1995 that tilt in. The tilt latches on three of them are deteriorated. The photo is of a good one. It's 2 5/8" long by 7/16" tall by 11/16" from front to back. I can't tell which of your parts it is. Your help is appreciated.
