26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

The only numbers on the latch are Pat.#5,139,291 and 9B.

I reached out a while back and was talking with Josh - request 36748142. I got around to one window that was not rusted out.

I am looking for the balance springs and covers for this Simonton single hung window. Also, the sliding latch that allows the lower sash to tilt.

I'm looking for the correct size on a replacement tilt window latch. I believe I have a surface mounted option. I believe I need 2&11/16" length 3/8" thickness and either a 5/8" width or a 11/16" width. It's difficult to tell as it seems to be in between the two.

The two things on either side of the window that you use to unlock the window to pull it out-both are broken. I'm not sure what I need. The only thing I see on the window is the word, "Simonton".

Im looking to see if you have 2 parts. The first I think you have - the tilt latch - I'm just not sure which one I would need. The second is the a plastic "grommet" type thing that was inserted into the Alcoa sash chanel that the spiral balance was screwed into. Please let me know if you can guid ... (cont.)

Need off white replacement window latch. See pictures. 9/16" long, 1/2" wide opening top rail. Side 3/8" cutout. Appears to slide in from edge and lock into place. Thanks for your help in advance.

Can the metal part be replaced or reused?

Sending some pictures to see if you can match my internal latches. I have several left and right hand latches that are broken. I can't find any manifacturers name on the windows or the latches. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi. I have two windows that need need to be repaired. The same part is broken on both. The windows were manufactured by Reynolds Metals in Baltimore, MD in 1997. I can't send pics of the part uninstalled as I don't want to start the project until I know I can find the exact replacement part but let ... (cont.)

Tilt spiral balance 11 windows 22 tilt spiral balance 34" length 5/8 width red. 4 windows 8 spiral balance 28" length 5/8 width red. 10 windows lash 2 3/4" x 3/4". whether seal 3/16 width 8 foot long. Note: Tilt spiral balance I want the parts that hold the windows.

The MI window is 17 years old, and when they sent me a new balancer, it had the round connection down at the bottom for the pin coming out of the window. As you can see by my pictures, I need something with a flat rectangular type pin.

See fotos. Latch is 2 5_8 x 5/8 inches at the top view. The hole it slides into is about 1/2 to 9/16ths inches. I sent a previous email, but have more pictures and dimensions. Thanks for your help.

On the bottom of latch there is a marking of 11A

I have ordered a few off Amazon. Either too big of a latch or too long.

No identifying numbers or words.
