Trying to repair several double hung tilt windows. I think I identified the tilt latches correctly; they are the thicker ones so 26-243 and 26-244. However, several of my constant force balance assemblies are a mess; I had a guy out here who told me I needed "double 3/4 inch constant force balances" ... (cont.)

Need parts for 1997 Soft Lite vinyl windows, two seals and two latches.

See photos. I live close to the ocean, so I never noticed the spiral rusting like that. Windows froze up pretty bad. Also broke one of the lower and upper tabs that hold it in, so I need to know how to replace them. The sheet metal screw on the bottom one doesn't seem to do anything. ... (cont.)

Help identifying the balance and the latch attached

This tilt latch is from an Anderson 200 series window. There are no markings on the window frames, however, in a conversation with Anderson I was told the windows are 200 series. It appears your item 26-243 is a good replacement. Can you please confirm. Thank you.

Latch Dimensions are: W .75" L 2.625" H .4375" Coil Balancer 25"

Looking for help in identifying these internal replacement window sash latches. I've attached 2 photos of the broken latches. I need three parts total. The left coil spring is broke took picture of right intacted. The I need the two spring loaded parts on top of the sash that you retract to pull the top of the tip out. Hello, I am looking for parts for single hung Simonton vinyl windows approx. 24 yrs old. Needed are pivot shoes and bars, tilt latches, balances and springs. I cannot find the manufacturer of this double hung tilt out vinyl window. I am looking to replace the broken tilt latch which measures 2 5/8 x 3/4. Thank you for your time. KD

No visible screws attaching the lock to the frame. Probably slides in from the end. Need left one now..or pair if sold that way

I need a window tilt latch for a ComfortWorld window. The part has a Patent # 5,139,291. It also is stamped on the bottom with 8A and has 75 on the main part under where the hinge moves.
