Hello I have a customer that needs some of their tilt latch's replaced, and it is a Milgard window. With so many to choose from I am not able to narrow it down completely. Do you sell replacements for these parts?

Yes. I have traco windows installed back in 2004. The one window will not stay up falls and slams right back down. What do I need to replace this. Also my latch's are broken to can you help please. Thank you Craig

House sitting for a friend and their window is broken, would love to fix it for them. This window latch seems to be broken off where it protrudes into the channel. Found some stuff on Amazon but don't trust that it is a correct replacement. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
