I'm looking for a replacement latch or lever part for a Simonton double hung window. There are no markings or numbers that I can see. See pictures attached. The right side latch is in good condition. Hello, Have kohler windows in our home from 2000. The mechanism that balances the window and assists them in moving up needs to be replaced. The numbers from the stickers on the window are: TR 338 and 851943001 Site would not allow me to upload photos.

I've had some of these latches fail due to what appears to be UV exposure. Discoloring and brittle. I have no idea how old they are since we've only owned the home for 4 years. Is there a reliable method of removal for these latches? They'll all end up like #3 if you have no ideas. Thank you in adv ... (cont.)

Most of the measurements and appearance of this part match my broken latch except the tab on the bottom. It looks too long (3/8") to fit the small slot in our window. The other option is the 26-244. Is the only difference between these two the length of the locking tab? Which would be a match with ... (cont.)

Hello, I have Alside windows installed in 2011. I need the above photos pivot bars and other related parts. I also need to replace a sash because it has broken glass on one side, any idea where I could get a sash?

I am project manager on a renovation of a home and one of the vinyl windows has a broken (mortised) tilt latch, I cannot find a brand name anywhere on the window, and I can't find a latch with the dimensions of the broken one: 2-5/8" x 11/16" x 7/16"I have attached pictures. Hello, I am trying to find parts for a vinyl double hung window. I need 5 sets of the latches (left and right) and 3 of the pivot shoes. Pivot shoes are 1/2" thick and just under 2" long, hard to tell exact length with the broken part. Thank you! Aaron

Hello I am looking to replace this clip for both sides of the window. They seem to be missing.

Need to find these latches for 6 windows. At one time I found part number 173974 from Slide-Co somewhat worked for one of these windows.

I need some of these parts. The long dimension is 2.5 in, and the short dimesion is 5/8 in. Thanks

Plastic piece that slide to hold the window are broken.

I'm looking for a window catch. The sticker on the side of the window says: American Weather Seal. I snapped off the pointed plastic piece that holds the top of the window to the side.
