Broken Channel Balance
Two of my channel balances broke on what I think are Quaker Pamela windows. They are 35" long. I need four replacement balances They are stamped 3490 BSA RV 33.

Bottom Shoe to Existing Channel Balance
Purchased 4 S372-29 Channel Balances. The bottom shoe is incorrect. I submitted a request for an exchange on April 26, 2014. I think that I need an S370-29. Please look at the attached photos from my old Channel balance and confirm. Thank you. Thomas

Replacement channel balance
My windows are stamped Empire Pacific 1985 and original since home built in 1988. Some balances are stamped 1830 and others are stamped 1940. Can you assist with purchase of 4 each replacements for the 1830 and 12 each of the 1940 channel balances? Thank you

Need Channel Balances
After reviewing all the parts, my shoes measure/look like the 15-001 and my tops measure/look exactly like the 19-005. Channel balances measure 28" and they have the 2740 stamp on them. Channel Balance, I think?
I've been trying to get my windows replaced for three months here in Canada... While I've had luck finding someone to re-install the glass, nobody seems to have the channel balance I've attached in this email. Need new window counterbalance
From plastic end to plastic end it is 25". It has 23 4 ko Caldwell stamped on it. And then I think it is 9/16 x 5/8.

Channel Balance Replacement
I need to replace a number of balances, the numbers stamped on the channels are: 2810 BSI, 2830 BSI, and 2440 BSI with a backward C. Having trouble identifying the balance shoes. Identification of window balancers
There are no numbers stamped anywhere on the balancers. Included are photos of the top and bottom of 1/2" x 29" balancers that I cannot verify from your photos. stamp model and shoe questions
Thanks for your help! My 30" balance is stamped 29-9 JA2 CMC 2. It is a fairly wide and heavy window. Also, the shoe and top pieces don't look exactly like the 15-002 bottom shoe and 19-002 top shoe that you have pictured. I've attached pictures of mine. Thanks again!
