Metal channel is 23' long. Don't see any that match.

I have two different length balancers. One is 22 inches long and has a stamp on it 21 12 BS1 One is 28 inches long and has a stamp on it 27 4 BS1 Please advise. I need 8 of the 22" and 4 of the 28" Not sure what the stamps mean. The windows are already installed on a house I just purchased. ... (cont.)

It looks identical to the 28" Series 350 Channel Balance Product Code: S350-28 (2730, but with a 15-002 (no wings). Can I use this anyway? Thank you and regards, Grady

Hello! We need 4 of these balances for now. They are channel balances for non-tilt single hung windows. Balances are: 1/2" wide 29-1/4" long (measurement of metal only) pictures attached to figure out which series (I have more pics if you need them).

as pictured the plastic guides are broke but look similar to 19-002 and not sure what difference is between 15-001 or -002 etc. also pictured but not so clear is 28 4 and KH stamped on balance. Leo

Howdy, I need to purchase new balance springs for my windows and the 351 1/2" series appears to fit what I have except for the balance shoes. I think mine are 15-003, not the 15-002 that come attached. Can we custom order prefab balance springs with the 15-003? I will go home this evening ... (cont.)

I am unsure what brand of window I have in my 1997 home. My guess was Milgard, but was told by the lumber company (found an old sticker) that it may be a Weathervane which is out of business. I was looking at getting either the 380 or 351 channel balance, but one has wings on both tips and the other doesn't have any. The ones I'm replacing have wings on the top, but not the bottom. Which should I get?
