Please identify replacement balancer: Metal part: 36" long depth of bottom part: 1 3/32 Window weight: 25# Stamp: 35 3 CR CALDWELL

I have 3 windows in my main front room. All of the metal channel balances, window clips and rope clips have broken. I need to replace everything. My windows are 41.5" wide and 28.5" in height. The stamp on each channel balance is "25 DS 35". After the 35, there is a vertical "B.S.I." stamp, fol ... (cont.)

The spring balance is 17" long on the metal part. It is 0.55" wide and 0.62" deep. The part number stamped on the front side is 1620Z Do you have matching replacement parts I can buy? Thanks, Guy

Hi, I am needing 4 channel balances with the following measurements

# on balance is 2730 and a backwards/upside down letter K. Also perpendicular to the 2730 # is the # B.S.I(letter I)as best as I can make out. Thanks in advance for your help.

i need the window balancers for pgt window about 10 yrs. old. thenumbers ob balancer are 17 9 26# j0 caldwell, the matal piece measures 18 inchs long about 1/2 inch wide and about 9/16 deep the top plastic has 1/8 inch ear on both sides. thank you tony b.

Have a 21" x 1/2" by your measurements window channel balance . There is also a 2040 indication .Problem I'm having is there is no match on your selection page to mine. Not always a quick learner, but a homeowner, nevertheless. The sash weighs 21 pounds, and the stamp is 2390 CG B.S.I. 25, although the length of the balance, excluding attachments, is 24". This for an Alenco single hung window. Date of construction is 1984. The length of the metal "channel" is 28 1/16". While it is 9/16 wide I understand you call this a 1/2" channel. The number 27 B is stamped on the shoe end of the channel. I need the entire channel mechanism, not just the shoes ... (cont.)
