I have a Sunair window Balance w/2740 B.S.I stamped on it. I am a bit confused as to which series to get 350, 380 they all seem to have the same specs and end pieces. Thank you.

Hello, I need two replacement balances for two different windows. One of the balances measures 15 inches long and the other measures 27 inches long. They are both 1/2" wide balances. I didn't see my top/shoe combo for a window balance. I'm looking for a 1/2" Wide Channel balance, Non-tilt, 15". The closest I found was a cross between Series 380 and 390. I need the winged top 19-005, with a non-wing shoe 15-005. See images. Do you carry this?

The 15-001 measures 1-1/8" deep where as the 15-002 measures 1" deep. Go to the product pages to see the detailed measures and compare to the shoe you are replacing.

What is the difference between the numbers 2810 - 2840 for the S351-29? Is there different spring tensions?

Yes. This balance comes fully assembled with the block and tackle pulley system installed as well as a 15-005 shoe and a 19-005 top attached.
