GM, I have 2008 Silver line (Andersen) double hung Window. Over time latches have degraded and broken. Found item 85-900WA but wing portion of latch not wide enough.wing dimensions are 1x5/8 x 9/16 approx. Tyvm

I need a replacement option for the tilt latches on my windows. I have already tried item number 26-408 / 8590 and they did not fit. The ones I tried would not allow me to put the window back in after I had it tilted out. Thank you Eric S.

Can't find any serial number on the window

Hi, i'm a little confused... we have windows that are falling inward, I'm not a handy man at all but my guess is that it's because these window tilt latches don't even connect to the frame (my assumption is that they're stuck in a position) plus one of them seems to be broken (see image). Not sure w ... (cont.)

It's a double hung window. The bottom window is missing both plastic clips that keep the window on its track. Without it the window must be taped to the frame to hold the window in place.

I'd like to order a few sets of each of these. I have multiple windows with bad locks and also bad tilt latches. I am available by phone or email anytime. Sam

I don't see any markings. This has been broken since we got the house. It looks like the coil spring assembly would move with the sash. But the connecting pieces between the spring assembly and the sash are rusted away... This window is in the bathroom shower

Hi, I installed American Craftsman Series 8500 windows from Home Depot in 2002. Several of the tilt latches are broken, and I'm trying to identify replacement parts if possible. Pictures are attached. Length = 2 3/8" Width = 11/16" Height = 3/8" Nose projection = 5/16"

I have no information on these windows. They are double hung and I'm needing to replace the latch and locks.

I am searhing for the left and right hand sid piece for a tilt window. The piece is a latch that holds th window in the trak and allows you to remove the window. The piece appears to be spring loaded and slides back and forth, allowing the latch to move.

I have 8 windows. So I need 8 pairs. Need to confirm if this same part as Product Code: 26-266 Tilt Latch. Please verify. If it is the same part, is there a less expensive compatible part. Thank you.

Double hung vinyl windows were installed in 2008 and no identifying labels have been found. I'm looking for left & right tilt latches for top and bottom sashes. Do you have anything that will work?
