Hi, I am hoping to repair old non tilt aluminum window. Would you mind helping with parts? The frame does not stay in place. The frame has one missing spring, and one that is left seems broken.

The little white square clip that sits on the top left and right corner of the bottom window. It appears to be the upper stop that hold the balance channel in check. Hi, Do you know which top sash guide I should get? These will be guiding a 390 series balance. Also, if my current balances do not have a weight stamp on them, do I use the weight of the window to determine the stamp option?

I believe this is a top sash guide off of a brown aluminum type window with no visible markings. Thank you for your help!

Size of spring for versa sash is 36 inches long. I need new channel balance spring and top sash guide. same size as 10-015 PGT guide previously ordered.

Name on latch: Prime windo part is 21/32" wide. End piece us 7/8' high and 15/16" wide. Body of piece is 11/16" high, not including roller. All nylon, flat roller. Screw hole is 3/4" from base of end piece.

Hello, I want to replace the channel balances and sash guides for my window. I know that the balance model I need is the 28" Series 351 2760, but I can't find a replacement for my sash guides. The ones I have contain sliders for locking the sash at a set spot. Can I get help identifying the part ... (cont.)
