No markings found. About 11/16 wide, 1-11/16 tall, 'cap' is about 15/16 x 15/16, under 'cap' is 11/16. Hole is about 3/4 below underside of 'cap'.

Attached pictures show a window located in a Florida sun room which had rollers but they have all deteriorated and no rollers now exist. I am trying to identify which guide ends I need to purchase for a block and tackle balance which has has the numbers 1620 on it. I have no window marking to go by? Any assistance would be appreciated.

I was wondering if you carry a roller clip as shown. It clips to the top of a window balance. If you do not have this, do you have any ideas what this particular part will be called?

I have looked over all our plastic stops. The on I have is 7/16 across the top wide, The main body is 11/16 wide From the underside of the top of the body to the centerline of the hole is 3/4 The sideview depth is 7/16 notice the notch right under the top. I am sending you a sample of the window rollers that I have on my NUPRIME Season All windows on my porch. The only number I can find is on the window. This is a patent # - 3449-862-0209 812-0 213676. I'm not sure how old the windows are. I think they may have been installed in the 90's. ... (cont.)
