Hello, will the part # 39-429 (right handed) and 39-430 (left handed) a replacement for my casement window crank? Are there other options. I also need to replace my window locks and keepers. Locks = 2-1/16 for installation hole and the depth is 11/16 and the lock itself is 2-7/8 Keepers = ... (cont.)

Egress casement window operator.

I'm pretty sure that this is a Ducana window. The crank in the opener wobbles and falls out when I use it. I have a video of this happening, but this link does not seem to accept videos

The handle broke and the set screw is rusted in there good. Do you know what model/brand of operator this is as I think I need to replace the operator or is there a way to replace just the crank part and but a couple new handles. There is no manufacture name? The handle broke off the crank. It has 0P05-7525-03 on it and a date of 3/19/03.

Looking for a replacement option (or same part replacement) because the cranks keep falling off. Actually, they never really stayed on. Please help!?!? jim
