Hi there - I am in need a replacement operator - the number I am seeing on my current unit is OP05-7532-03. Can you please let me know which parts I will need to replace everything including the operator and the crank handle. Thank you!

Trying to find the correct window operator replacement for a client. They do not have the old operator for me to match the new one to. However the window is a Roto window HG04.

I have window crank OP05-7810 Al side window crank. With hex drive end. I believe you had replacement 39-226 The holder for it has a broken collar in the holder that I need to replace into the hole. I purchased a roto single arm operator (part 39-429) to replace the old arm that is worn out. It appears I got the wrong part as it's slightly smaller than the existing one (the one with the tape measure on it in the photo) and also doesn't have the little ball on the end of the arm.
