I have a 4-panel glass door. The windows are double pane, and the panels are very heavy. The 2 inside panels slide open. I have two problems with the panels that slide open: 1. The lever broke off one side of the slot for the lock, and then, the black piece of the lock fell out.

When installing this set I cut the tail pieces to the required 1/2 in length the look side is fine however the inside tail piece is short 1/8 in. Can I order The new tail piece.Fran
