Hi, How can I buy the latch that broke off for this door?

Hi I need to replaced the key entry lock on my sliding glass patio door as seen on the picture the lock has a double locking latch.

We accidentally broke the latch on the left side handle. We have two sliding doors that meet together in the middle and then we lock it on the left side. What replacement parts do I need to order?

I don't see a name of the sliding door or the handle. It is not very old though. The lock has not worked great since we got it. It slips and we have had to wiggle it to get it just right to open it. The other day it finally snapped off.

The tongue on the lever that goes into the locking mechanism collapsed back into the level and stopped making adequate contact with the locking mechanism.
