Door lock is sticking. When you move the lock to from "lock" to "unlock" it often won't completely release and requires a lot of repeated and rough attempts to complete the process. This is true both when in contact with door frame and when ajar.

I am needing the replacement lock handle for a Pella 250 series. The windows are also Pella and I need the handle to open windows. Do you have them?

I am missing the lever and locking mechanism on one of my sliding patio doors. The companion door is beat up a bit but still work. I cannot locate the locking mechanism anywhere. I have submitted the damaged as well as the working companion door for purpose of comparison.

Hello, The sticker had been removed from my "subject door", but I recently saw one "possible example" on what appeared to be an identical door. I have additional photos with measurements of the subject door's hardware if that will help. Thank you, Steve
