I need to replace the track lock that is mounted at the base of window and the latch on my window. They look like the ones in the picture taken from other window in the room. Please advise comparable replacements. Thank you!

Am looking for replacement for tilt lock and the slider thingy for my basement windows but have no idea where to even start looking for parts as previous owner did not leave warranty information and I need the double hung tilt locks to function right as it won't latch in it keeps sticking far out no ... As you can see the lock handle for my IWC sliding window is broken. The locak company that handles IWC windows does not have the part and suggested that you might have it.
