We just purchased a house and 9 windows have these latches. All of them are cracked or sun checked and need to be replaced. This is a 10 year old Ellison 1300 series replacement window made by Atrium. The sash lock is released by an internal magnet when the window is closed. The metal channels most closely resemble the 395 series but the shoes have wings/ flanges. It's hard to tell but my top (1-1/4") looks a little longer than what is shown in the "Series 395 Channel" pictures. I've also attached a picture of the window lock.
