Hi. I need to replace the rollers on some of my parents windows. I only have a picture of this tag from one of the windows. Can you tell what roller I need from that? I recently purchased (14) of the Item #87-221 Tandem Rollers for my Pella Windows. These fit my windows; however, as the attached pictures illustrate, the brass rollers in the 87-221 are significantly smaller than the brass rollers in my original Tandem rollers. Okay I got the window out and here's a picture of the rollers.

This is a roller assembly on the bottom of a Betterbuitl window. There are 2 of them on each window. The assembly measures 1-3/4" by 3/4". It has 2 roller wheels and a plastic housing. These rollers were broken--broken rim of plastic around outside and what looks like broken clips on the ends. No identifying marks on the windows.
