We have large sliding glass doors and one handle is damaged. I would like to replace the handle. I can't find a manufacturer on the glass doors, but the attached screen doors say 'Aluminite'. The handle says 'Made in New Zealand'. I wish I could find more. One thing I *do* have is a work order numb ... (cont.)

Milguard Windows sliding glass door, built in 1993 so door likely dates from 1992/93. the internal mechanism is broken, latch does not extend or retract with handle movement, it just...sits there listlessly. Latch lever

I can't seem to find the right latch lever to replace my broken one. It is 2-3/4" long. Since the pet that fits into the square hole in mortise, I don't know how long it should be. The distance of the base of the square piece the goes into mortise to the outside lever is about 0.42". Pls help me id ... (cont.)
