Hi there. We moved into our house and noticed the sliding glass door handle needs to be replaced as it no longer locking. The mechanism inside the lock no longer latches.

need replace slide glass door handle-superior co. original brand. door handle moves slightly in direction of pulling slider open or closed.if it doesn't fit what what is refund policy and cost. does this handle move in the direction of closing when you slide it toward close

perhaps from pulling on the handle but the short extension where a screw goes in to lock the handle in place has broken. Do i need to reorder the whole handle? Door is labeled 213-K-018

Door handle mounting screw holes are not securing the mounting screws. The screws are screwed in from the side of the door.

Need the base part for the handle. Busted screw slots. Is this part sold separately?
