These are tilt-out double pane single hung aluminum frame windows designed to fit in concrete block construction. There are no markings on the hardware at all. Need replacement for opposite side that's broken. See second photo

Part both locks windows and locks the tilt of window in place. Problem is the piece that locks the tilt was broken off

Friend of the family has Florida extruders international windows and has several locks broken or missing and we have not found a supplier so far, do you have availability of this part? Please let me know asap, thank you

I am trying to locate this style of tilt locking window latch. The home was built in 1999. Several of the latches have cracked and are not working. I never realized they made so many different types and styles. I only found a name etched on the glass (Guardian) out of Richburg S.C. I would appreciat ... (cont.)

The hardware has no part number but it is a 2-part closing mechanism locking on the side and into the window part. I need to replace the keeper in the picture. Also all of the wing pieces are snapping in half and need replaced as well

Hi, I am in search of a window latch for a Florida Extruders International Milestone Single Hung Series 2000 window. The latches I have look like part 26-431P. Can you tell me the dimensions? The ones I have are 5 inches wide.

This lock (from another window) has broken. Need a replacement for Florida Extrusion Inc. The photo sent of the specs say it is a series 2000, Milestone. The house was built in 2001. Can you help me get this part? Thanks very much! Chris and Sam

Milestone windows: As you can see, the balance is marked UB 27E but measure 28". The window weighs over 28lbs.(E-class),so I'm assuming that 28 E would work. I need 16 balances.
