26-431P Combo Tilt Latch Sash Lock Device Pair

Can I please have pricing for the latch in the attached picture? I am interested in a quantity of eight.

My windows are single hung tilt. The sweep locks have a flat metal tab that is rusted and difficult to operate. These tabs had plastic covers which have disintegrated. Is this model still available? If not, can it be replaced with a different model sweep lock? Thank you.

Approx 12 yrs old. Single hung and single pane.

Sorry this is the only picture I took while at customer's house. Very strange lock I've never seen before. The lock which is broken off is connected with the tilt sash lock that keeps it from falling out the window. This part just sits right on top and doesn't go down the side like most tilt locks a ...
