15-102 Double Side Load Carrier

It's on both sides of the single hung window, to keep the window open, now both of those are broken, the window won't stay open, the one in the picture is for the left side, but it doesn't have any letters or numbers marked on it, it has 2 springs. Thanks

I am looking for a window spring balance to replace a damaged spring balance. Unfortunately I can't find any information on the window. I hope your place has this. Thank you.

The coil that is not broken has a 6 on it. The other smaller diameter broken coil has no number. I'm not sure where the piece that broke off went. I also wanted to know how to reinstall and connect coils.

THE THESE BALANCES HAVE A COIL INSIDE MARKED #5. I NEES A SET AND ALSO THE TILT LOCK.

Do you have this 3 coils balance house support? Do you have a triple side load carrier instead of double side?

I looked for these too and can't find them nowhere.

Don't know the brand of window but the spring in the hung window sash assembly broke off. Would prefer the assembly unit instead of just the spring/coil. Any ideas of part number and if you carry it. Thanks
