Have a handyman who fixes windows in our rental properties. It is usually balances I purchase from Swisco, but I think these are cam pivots. It looks similar you whatyou have available, but not exactly. Thanks

Hello - I need to replace a sash pivot. I think it is 26-374 or possibly 26-406B. My part has two screws, but those look to only have one. Please advise, thanks!

Don't know what it does. But when it cracks, a piece locks the lower sash in place. Can't lift or close.

I have seen your answer here: https://www.swisco.com/discussions/Pella-sash-pivot-77-91464 and I know I probably need that same replacement part- but what do people do? drill a hole in the window to accomodate the different part? What do you suggest?
