I need to know where the windows are from (the manufacturer so I can have some one come and repair the window as it only closes so far and then someone has to push on the window from the outside to be able to totally close it and lock it. I need the locking mechanism for my casement windows as well as the gear broke off of one of the cranks.

Needs a Handle and Escutcheon with the product code 38-209 but needs a bigger version of it.

This latch does not work so how do we repair it since it is internal? And IF we get that fixed we will need 1 hook as 1 is missing. Thank you for your help.

I need two bronze covers and cranks as well as two bronze locking handles to replace white ones. The window is a double Marvin casement and aprox 10 years old. Screen says A-X7164R but can't find any other markings/stickers. Thank you.

I did not see any numbers on the part. I only see that it says LH and RH on the handle.
