Dear Sir/Madam: 1. I have a couple Am. Craftsman Home Depot windows, 10 years old. The coil balances are bad on both sides of the bottom window panes. These panes weight about 10lbs. The left and right side tilt window locks engage in the channel when the window is tilted inward. The left and right side latches hold the window in place when it is closed.

Like many others I suppose, I tilted my windows in to clean. By doing this improperly I now how several windows with broken "tilt latches" and some with broken "shoes". I need to determine the parts to buy and how to replace them. Thanks in advance
