needing two channel balances for NuAir window the stamp is DB KO3 2950 the channel measure 1/2" wide and metal channel measures 30" the sash weighs 25 lbs

Thanks for your help! My 30" balance is stamped 29-9 JA2 CMC 2. It is a fairly wide and heavy window. Also, the shoe and top pieces don't look exactly like the 15-002 bottom shoe and 19-002 top shoe that you have pictured. I've attached pictures of mine. Thanks again!

I am trying to order 2 and I can't tell the difference between a bottom 15-005 and 15-004. The length is 21" and the top appears to be 19-005. The markings on it are 20S 28

I need to replace two of these as my window will no longer stay open. The window is very heavy! The width of these are 1/2 inch and they are 30' long.

Both channel balances are broken the springs are pulled away from the fixed support and the pulley. The window is 50" wide by 36" high. I have attached pictures of the balances. The channel is 35"long 1/2" wide and 9/16" deep. The spring is 16 1/2' long. It appears to be similar to your series 380 ... (cont.)

The channel is 28 inches; the measurements of the shoe in image 1 are 1 5/8 length by depth of 11/16th counting the tabs and without the tabs depth measures 5/8". I'm trying to identify this channel balancer. My best guess would be a series 380 channel balance. Does that sound right to you?

Good Morning, I am replacing channel balances on three, non-tilt single hung windows. The house is new to me but was built in 1982. I'm trying to replace window balances. The writing on the old ones says B.S.I. and the number says 2930. the length is 30" and the top fitting seems to match Series 385 or 390 but the bottom one doesn't seem to match any of them.

I didn't find similarities comparing my window balances top & shoe attachments with the pictures on your website. However, the closest (I think) similarity would be Series 380 or 385.
