Jeld wen sliding door. We currently have a non key locking handle and would like to add a key locking handle. We are not sure exactly which handle would be best. Thank you for your help.

Hi, We think our patio glass sliding door is by Silverline. It locks but sometimes will not unlock, so we need a new lockset. Hopefully you can identify it and have the lockse. It was installed in 2014. Thank you, Eileen

Have this patio door lock but need to get an extra key and no hardware stores offer them

The locking mechinism suddenly broke. It broke in the lock position and we had to pry open. Cannot find replacement. Hoping you can help. Do not see any numbers or markings with our old eyes. Door is 10 years old.

All I know about this door is it has a JW stamped on the handles. door is in perfect condition would like a new lock and handle if possible. It looks like an 82-260 or an 82-265. My customer is looking to replace this door handle. It is a Milgard door but Milgard does not carry this handle and can't match it closely enough. The indoor manual lock / unlock lever broke. Need to replace just it if fairly easy, or the whole hardware if needed.
