Hi, I'm wondering if replacing on my door would be similar? The lock is different and I'm having a hard time finding it!

All I know about this door is it has a JW stamped on the handles. door is in perfect condition would like a new lock and handle if possible. It looks like an 82-260 or an 82-265.
