The interior thumb latch broke on my Prime Window systems sliding glass door. I'm trying to find the proper replacement parts to repair the door. The screw holes on the handle measure 4 inches on center.

Our sliding glass door handles broke off. There are cracks in the holes that the bolts go through. Can you please help us find replacement handles? There are two locking hooks so nothing at Home Depot would work.

Our patio door handle matches your part # 82-086 except instead of being 8 1/2 inches in length, ours is 9 /1/2. The screw holes are indeed 3 15/16 inches apart. Will 81-086 fit on our door?

Hi, We think our patio glass sliding door is by Silverline. It locks but sometimes will not unlock, so we need a new lockset. Hopefully you can identify it and have the lockse. It was installed in 2014. Thank you, Eileen

The locking mechinism suddenly broke. It broke in the lock position and we had to pry open. Cannot find replacement. Hoping you can help. Do not see any numbers or markings with our old eyes. Door is 10 years old.
