I need to replace my sliding glass door handle. I recently replaced the interior double latch part from swisco. Now I need to find a compatible handle. On the inside is a simple up and down latch, but the exterior handle has a keyed lock. Thank you in advance. Josh in Palm Bay

I have an American craftsman series 50. Bought it 6 years from home depot. As of today the latch mechanism does not work. You can flip the lock and nothing in the center of the door happens.

What's the best way to release the internal. Latch in handle won't move it. Hardware is 20 years old.
