82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2")

There are two latches, upper and lower. The upper will not move hence the need to lift the door when opening and closing. I need a replacement part.

When we moved in, the locking mechanism of this sliding glass door did not actually fit, and the handle was broken.

What part do I need? Not sure what is missing or broken to cause this? Can you help us?

Hi team! I need to replace the locking assembly on this sliding door, because the original is broken (frozen up + I don't have the original key). Sliding glass door from 2020 was vandalized and the handle was broken. I am looking for a replacement. Hello - I am looking for a replacement 2 point lock for my slider but all I have to go on is a sticker which shows "SD-R50-1816x2426 (72x96)". This same sticker also shows "Series: 332 SGD". Sliding door sold/installed by "Cost Savers". Multi-Point Mortise Lock with installation holes separation of 12" Markings on the lock are: - Aug 15 - PAT# 5.820.170 - PAT# 6.264.252

Client wants to change the door handle. Do you have a replacement part?
