I believe this is a legacy by Jeld wen. Please confirm, although the thumb latch is all I need I believe that there could be problems thus why the thumb latch is missing. Do you carry the whole lock and handle?

Need to replace a sliding glass door lock and or handle. It locks with key from outside but inside lock broke off. I will send pictures and what sticker says.

The black outside part of the hardware is a little bit bent and fell off.Ellen

Our old handle broke off due to installer not raising lower on of the s Rollers. It was in our rental and they yanked on it till it fell off. Hi. I have American Craftsman 5500 series sliding doors. The interior handle snapped and the lock mechanism fell inside the door, so I need to replace both interior and exterior handles and lock mechanism. Can't find the parts anywhere!Thanks in advance for your help.Deirdre

The Door is referred to as a ProFinish Brickmould 600. The distance between the two small holes is 3 7/8" (3 15/16"). The distance between the two center holes is 1.5". The small holes are 5/16" and the large holes are 1/2". I need a keyed locking system for the outside

There are no markings that I could find. the attachment screws are 3x15/16 apart. The base is 9x1/2 inches long but I don't think that matters. The door is 1x1/2 inches thick. Thanks
