I lost one of the keys for lock 82-086 and wondering how I can order a replacement?

Trying to find a replacement door handle for this silver line sliding glass door ideally I'd like to just replace the outer locking portion of the handle but am happy with any replacement that fits.

I am looking for a replacement of this mW Window, sasha controls inc, model 2192, white, where the screw holder is broken. This piece paired with a sasha control model 2230, bronce. Sliding door is from 1998.

We purchased the door from Lowes about 5 years ago. I believe it is a Reliabuilt.The lock is 2 point mortise 11". I don't have any names, numbers, or markings on the hardware. Parents just purchased a home with a Nami 302187 sliding door. Did not get keys to this slider. Looking to purchase door lock with keys for this unit. What do I need to order?Thank youMichelle

Hello: The door handle broke off from a sliding glass door (the door is heavy). I do not see an identifier (part #) on the handle or door. From where the screws are it is 5 1/2 inches (from screw to screw). Thank you. Fabian

The outside handle has broken at the mounting screw hole to my door. Are these photos sufficient to identify the needed replacement ?

The outside handle on our sliding glass door broke off at the top and the bottom. The lock part of it is the only thing left. The Pella Serial Number: Imperv sliding dr-M0310431878-NFRC JAN20 2008 11 I would like to replace the entire assembly, including the lock. I thought the 82-086 would work but I'm not sure, hence, "Ask the expert!" Thank you!
