I need a replacement lock.

Old handle broke and need a replacement. Ordered one off amazon and it was incorrect size.

Hi! I just installed the 82-086 : Legacy Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2". However it now seems like the Mortise lock needs replaced. Can you please advise as to which one I need. I will attach the pictures. Thanks so much!Christine

I purchased 82-086 to replace my door handle. The outside part fit up great after I flipped the lock part so it was centered. I am needing an inside handle that is also centered. The new handle that i got is off centered. Old handle is on top and new on bottom for comparison.

Looks like part # 12589 A 0r 2957-2000. I am trying to replace this door lock with a door lock and key.

Can you add lock 82-310 to this handle (82-030)? If so, will this combination work with my hole pattern (see photo)? My dimension for the two holes furthest apart is 3-15/16?. Originally it was produced from Gorel in Indiana PA. I am unsure if it is a 6000 or 6300 series.

I'm unable to remove the parts and my tenant is unable to find any numbers.

The lock assembly is not moving on the top, it is stationary, seems that the spring is broken. Bottom lock is going into the correct position and secured. Handle is fine, lock device is locking the bottom lock. Would like to replace just the locking mechanism. Found on your website Item # 82-238, ex ... (cont.)
