The lock on our door has broken. We went to a lock smith who suggested you all. I couldn't upload all seven pictures, but I can sent the other two with a reply. Would like to see if we can get a replacement through you. Thank you.

Need replacement handle. 4 inches between screws. 1 3/4 inch door.

The handle on the attached photo is broken and I need a replacement. The door is 10 years old. The total length of the handle is 9 inches. The space between the screw holes is 4 inches. The color is almond. Can you please let me know if you have a replacement handle. Thank you.

The lock lever broke. This unit has a double lock - approx 11 3/4 length, 3/4 inch width. Do you sell a repair kit for the lock lever

So the mechanism seems to not work I can unlock and lock it but the upper hook stay outside and then the sliding door get stuck I want to order new mechanism (the thing inside)

I'm sorry, I can find any names or markings on the door. It was installed prior to us owning the home

Need replacement locking handle for Champion brand sliding door that was installed in 2011. The door is white vinyl but can't seem to find a model number. I can upload pics of the door and handle mounting area if that would help.

As you can see by the picture, what I would call a cylinder nut broke off inside the door and the screw can no longer hold the handle in place. I was able to get the nut out but looking for a new one. No markings on the door of a brand.

Looking for a Plygem sliding glass door handle- it looks like the screw holes are approx 6 1/4 on center
