Hello, need handle to fit or replace Pella double mortise lock.

I am looking for a replacement for the pictures I've attached. The mortise lock is approx. 12 1/2" in overall length, and approx. 12" from center to center of holes. We purchased this door through Lowe's around 2012. I believe the part number to replace the locking mechanism is 82-265 and if required (more than likely will just go ahead and replace) the "keeper" 82-249.
