Hi! The pic has the patent number and references sash controls. It appears the spring that holds the latch up appears to he broken.

Door latch handle to sliding glass door is broke.need replacement part

I've never had a key for this sliding door. I don't see any identifying markings at all. Can you give me some options for new lock sets, possibly electric also. Thanks!

Here are the photos. Please let me know if you need more details. Looks like product codes: 82-259 or 82-239, however, it looks like my measurement from each bolt is around 5 3/8 and not 5 5/8. Also the top slope is different.

I measured: 11 inches on door portion with claws from top screw to bottom screw 3 inches for middle screws 7 1/2 for claws or fingers that come out 4 inches for the screws on the inside of house side

The mechanism that makes my door latch closed is busted and I need a replacement part. If I need to replace the entire handle, that would be fine. Please help.
