Broken parts
We have many windows in our house with broken window channel pieces like those in the photos. I believe the company that made the windows went bankrupt....not surprising given the number of failures in my house. I would like to get the replaced if possible. Thoughts???

Window Shoe replacement
I purchased (order 1187835) a 1-1/4" T-Lock but it was too big. The measurements for the 1" also seem to be too large. I've attached a copy of what ours looks like and the only documentation from our window I can find. Any help knowing which part(s) we need to fix this window would be appreciated ... (cont.)
