I have a plain channel balance, it looks like your S795. It's 26 inches long with the pivot shoe as per the photo

I need help with fixing my window balances. I contacted Muhler Inc and they referred me to Swisco. I purchased a 795 series 28-C with a 15-194 T Lock balanced closed. I'm looking for replacement parts for a window balancer. It has an inverted T-Lock and is 1/2 inch wide and 34 inches long. It has the identifying marks of 34 BSI PR.

Please help to identify this part Metal length is 34 inches However, the Series 795 Channel Balance is a little wider than 1/2 inch versus my balance is a little narrower than 1/2 inch. The shoe is wider as well. Maybe, your system enables you to work backward from the 15-230 shoe. ... (cont.)
