15-230 T-Lock Shoe

I have an odd balance. Kind of like a channel balance without the actual channel. Got a spring, string, and then like a 3/16 plastic rod kind ofIt's not a sprial balance at all. It's almost like a channel balance but doesn't have the channel. Bunch of windows in an apartment like these ... (cont.)

Spring assembly is 34" long and is stamped 34B. Pivot Lock Shoe is 1" wide and has the number 4610108 on it.

I believe balancer is what I only needed. Condition for white piece and metal piece that attached to the window is OK.

My window balances need to replace they have a hook at the top which they're screwed into the window frame and then connected to the string and connected inside. I have a customer who needs the counter balances replaced in her windows. They measure 34" long with a 20" spring (34B is stamped on the metal channel). Also need the "feet" that connect to the spring with a patent #1610108 stamped in the plastic.

I need to order some balances and the hardware but only have pictures. Can you help me find the correct items? I need 10 balances and the metal hooks to go with them and only 3 of the white plastic latches.
